The Racing Stripes socks are very similar to the Lightweight SL socks but difference’s between Racing Stripes and Lightweight SL is both in the material composition, where the Racing Stripes are a little bit thicker than the Lightweight SL.
The Lightweight SL also features a seamless linking (hence SL) for the toe part, also the look between the two are different, you can see the review on the Lightweight SL socks here.

So the main difference in the design is that as the name suggests GribGrab have come away from the plain, single colours design as you see on the Lightweight SL to the two toned racing stripes look of the Racing Stripes socks.
